^^ Well, that's a good way to somewhat destroy all this tension going on.

Re: Slash ft. Myles Kennedy & the Conspirators Live
Hey, I got a question here, that jumped into my head in the "Should Scott Stapp form a new band?" thread. What the heck is Slash, Kerns, and Fitz going to do anyway while Myles does Alter Bridge? Just plain other projects that's not going to get as much attention as apocalyptic love?

Well, this is probably the easiest of the three.
Slip, Isolation, Ghosts, and Wonderful Life.

One does have the right to dream of something like this though.nagpo wrote:Going big? They've probably already reached the highpoint of their career as a band. They will never be popular in the US like they are in europe. AB will never be as big as Creed was. Don't kid yourself.

Re: 5 Years.
Man, this album has really brought me into a new perspective and ideals of life that I could have never imagined or thought of, and I'm not like letting go of those. So thanks to AB, for releasing this great album, which in turn, bringing out these songs in live shows etc.

Re: The Official SKILLET Thread
Weeeeeee, new Skillet stuff, yay! Ok, I might be in the minority, but I love Comatose and Awake, but that's just because I discovered them, through the WWE back in late 2009, with Monster and Hero, like I have with most bands.

I'm bumping this thread to say that Walk is a great song, and a song that helped me get me back on track of what I really want in life and do it well and right. So yeah, and I like the other tracks like Learn to Fly, My Hero, Everlong, etc. so yeah well done to these guys and their huge success.

Re: TABN Greatest Hits - ODR
Oh ok, well in that case, since AB has only three albums, and only like 10 singles plus Metalingus and a couple others, you're right, this would be pointless.Macca wrote:A hit is a song that sells well. I don't even see where opinion comes into it. Hence why this is pointless.

Re: TABN Greatest Hits - ODR
^^ Well, that's their opinion on what they think should be on a greatest hits. I mean I can't back The End is Here and Shed My Skin as greatest hits, but Down to My Last is a great AB staple. Its as well done as it can be than most of the songs on ODR. Wished that it get more live play, but that's a...

Re: TABN Greatest Hits - ODR
All right, I put Open Your Eyes, Metalingus, In Loving Memory, and Down to My Last.
On a side note, speaking of Down to My Last, a radio show, I occasionally listen to, when they cut to commercial, they would, sometimes, play the opening intro to Down to My Last. I thought that was pretty awesome.

Oh man, I hate it when Myles is sick. That is by far the most depressing thing ever. Wasn't he sick at this time last year as well? Like around two or three weeks before the Wembley show?

Re: Official GREEN DAY Thread.
Now, I've got a question and this pretty much relates to festivals in general. As oppose to Billie Joe Armstrong talking about how he's about one f'en min. left and they apparently got cut short 30 min, why couldn't they just play another 30 min without anyone major noticing it? I mean what are thos...

The Offical Sixx: A.M. Thread
For some people, who do not know, Sixx: A.M. is a side band of Motley Crue's bassist Nikki Sixx along with guitarist DJ Ashba (who's currently touring with Guns n Roses) and vocals James Michael (who's a producer of a good amount of albums that I do not know). Anywho, their two albums are based on S...
