Haven't heard Signs in a while - since you guys were talking about it I went to go give it a listen again. First thing that hit me was Mark's guitar tone - I miss that tone - and yeah the 3:40 part is really great. I don't think I gave his vocals enough credit back in the early 2000's.

Very likely not Creed - after checking the Scott Stapp solo thread - chtimixeur has a post where a producer says he mixed 4 songs off the upcoming Stapp solo record - and this was only 3 weeks ago.

I am guessing it's new solo stuff, but new Creed would be a fantastic surprise.

Worth noting is that this cruise is being promoted as the first public performance of Creed in over a decade, so I guess there will be no tour or no other concerts until at least after next April.

At this point, my guess is it's just the cruise announcement - probably with other bands that played Woodstock 99.

Island of Fools is probably from people trying to wrap their head around that insane solo.

Not saying it's a bad thing. I just think it's a little silly they are teasing this like some sort of reveal.
