Re: Creed Live - COMPLETE SHOW - Boston,USA (December 12th, 1997) WAAF TV

I wish if anyone had the radio show of the deep ellum 1997 10/31 (Halloween) id die to hear that one again. It was on YouTube two or three years ago and was about 6 years prior until then but has since been removed. Was such a raw performance. Would love to hear it again. Here you go, dude. https:/...

Re: Creed Live - COMPLETE SHOW - Boston,USA (December 12th, 1997) WAAF TV

All these years, and we still stumble on rare Creed stuff. I wonder how much awesome Creed content is out there from back in the day. Found this Epic show posted online. The whole band is tight, but Stapp's vocal intensity is a thing of wonder. How did he lose that voice? Also this is still the ver...

Re: Tremonti on His Relationship With Stapp

That is not truth. Creed sold a lot and got much airplay around the world. Their big mistake was touring mainly America and did not focus on the rest of the world. On the Weathered tour they only toured USA, Canada and Australia and it's so little. I can say for my country, Brazil, they were huge he...

Re: The Official SCOTT STAPP Thread

Man...we need an acoustic DVD(maybe with a choir and also piano). haha

That was great, loved the mixing, the instruments were really nice(specially guitars).

Love it,man.

I used to dig the internet back in the day searching new Creed videos, bootlegs.
That magic over their performance was something that really touched me.

Great guitar tone...
Scott Stapp was epic on that period.

Re: The Official SCOTT STAPP Thread

Just watched this whole video interview(It's more like a conversation) and it is a great one. It seems like the guy worked for the Orlando rock radio and was there through all the Creed period. There's a part Scott talks about what he would say to new band on how to act to avoid things like a band b...

I gave up somewhere around season 7.

I still read what happens on Wikipedia but that’s it.
I gave the show another chance when I heard Rick left it...it made me curious.

Re: Maybe "Black Cats" isn't really the mascot they want to go with...

I just watched the two seasons of Sunderland 'Til I Die . Someone had the brilliant foresight to do an Office/fly-on-the-wall style documentary of the English football club Sunderland A.F.C., with recurring interviews with the front office, players, and diehard fans during the 2017-18 season follow...

That's music, man...there's no comparison at all, it's just a matter of preference.

In my opinion Creed was way better than Alter Bridge and that's MY opinion, not a fact.

For what I've heard, his next album will be with his band and they were already writing on the last tours.

Re: The Official SCOTT STAPP Thread

Zelick did not do any writing with the band as I remember, he was called to do the Military tour. The band was John Curry on guitar(From Goneblind, remaining from The Great Divide album), Alex Bodnar on guitar, Daniel Wills on bass and Derek Cintron on drums. For some reason, John Curry and Daniel W...

Re: The Official SCOTT STAPP Thread

Yeah, its not just a tired voice, I sense a different vibe in his voice, a different confidence , like he is distracted in his thoughts. Stapp's interviews prior to that were always very crisp and full of confidence. You can tell things within the band aren't right. But well, the truth is that ther...

Re: The Official SCOTT STAPP Thread

It was hard to understand what he was saying, and I wonder what addiction he was talking about. From what i understood, he said it was a thing since he was 13. Was he talking about smoking? I thought he had started smoking around 2008 or 2009, and that he had stopped a few years ago (hence the clea...

Re: Do you prefer Creed or Alter Bridge?

It's a close call for me, since both are some of my all time favourite bands. Creed is more soulful and groovy, and Stapp's lyrics are much deeper than Myles'. Stapp is also a born frontman, whereas it's not a natural talent for Myles: Stapp has a commanding presence on stage, and as nice and funny...

Re: The Official SCOTT STAPP Thread

I was not sold on that Broken performance. Since he can barely play guitar, he changed the song a lot, and he struggled to hit those high notes. It was also very repetitive, since he played the same guitar pattern again and again for 5 minutes. Yeah, he pretty much performed like someone who is at ...
