I think the biggest issue here is that AB didn't adjust their guitar tones for playing with an orchestra at all. Mark especially plays with a lot of gain these days, which makes things muddy. When you pair two gain-heavy guitars with an orchestra, it's going to be difficult for that orchestra to cut...

It's nice to hear Mark would be open to it. I kind of figured the chance of it happening were next to nothing after Stapp had his breakdown a couple of years back. Glad to see Stapp doing better, though, and I certainly wouldn't be against hearing these tunes.

I'd love to hear them do a real Studio verson, with Draimon doing the Garfunkel Melody rather than both of them doing the Simon melody. I think he can, it's just that he chooses not to because it kills your voice. It's much harder to sing that way night after night.
