Re: Tremonti at Soundwave?

Anyone know what other tour he put in motion, and whether it's Tremonti or Creed (assuming AB won't be touring by that time yet)?

Yes...Summer Glau. And Serenity, too.

I'd vote for her. Doesn't matter for what.

Re: Hurricane/Cyclone Sandy

Glad you're ok, Sandy! Hope that awesome black acoustic stayed dry.

I feel awful for your neighbors, as well as the folks literally putting their lives on the line to help.

You're in the right on this one, T. I wasn't there and I'm not drunk and now I'm upset they didn't play it!

Glad you're doing ok, zaz. Let that wood dry out and it's free firewood for the neighborhood.

Josiah, quit making fun of something that killed 50 people and ruined Danny's and thousands of others' homes.

Re: The 2012 U.S. Presidential Election

Haha! Josh Whedon's work has done some great stuff. I loved The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Serenity was awesome, too. He knows his zombie stuff. Joss had nothing to do with sarah connor chronicles. Oh yeah? Oh yeah?!? Well, then...why did I think he did?? (prob got mixed up with Dollhouse which was r...

Halloween is nice and we always end on New Year's Eve, but Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday.

Great stuff, Jimmy! Thanks!

I agree with nicob, Brent is looking a lot better. Good for him for getting healthier.

And totally random, I know, but I really like how they tilted all the back line monitors. I don't know why I think that's so cool, but I dig it.

Re: Tremonti - Birmingham (17 Oct) Videos and Stuff [UPDATED

It's because the merch stand was there. If Trivium weren't playing upstairs; they'd have had much more room in the lobby i guess.. I just dont get why they were rushing them around when the show finished at 9:35pm! What? Trivium was upstairs? I love them! Could one have seen Tremonti, then gone to ...

Re: What band(s) would you love to cover an Alter Bridge son

Creed, One Day Remains Slash - Rise Today. Oh wait, that did actually happen. Speaking of Slash, what other AB songs do you guys think he could potentially do? I think he could do a great job on Find The Real. Add some bluesy licks, extend some parts with a cool solo. Having Myles in the band would...

Re: What song(s) would you most like AB to do a cover of?

I'd like AB to do a cover of Metallica's ''Enter Sandman'' with Mark on the lead vocals. I'd also like AB to cover these songs: Kashmir & Over The Hills And Far Away by Led Zep Back In Black & Whole Lotta Rosie by AC/DC Highway Star by Deep Purple Hunger Strike by Temple Of The Dog Comforta...

Re: Books/What are you reading?

Just read No Easy Day by Mark Owen. He is one of the Navy SEALs who raided the compound in Abbottabad where bin Laden was hiding. Very detailed and gripping account of the mission.

Re: The 2012 U.S. Presidential Election

Haha. I do know what you mean, and I def agree on society's over reliance on government. What we really need is for much of our society to take a damn bit more responsibility. Too many people are fat and lazy (figuratively and literally).
