Tremors has to be one of my favorite movies of all time (all of them, actually)darkstorm97 wrote:Expendables 2 is a fun, check your brain at the door flick. I was laughing because it was full of old people. I'm talking 65 and above. I'm 33 and I was like the youngest person there, lol.
Last movie I saw was the original Tremors on the big screen. We have a discount theater that shows old (cult) movies at midnight every other weekend. Saw Big Trouble In Little China there earlier this summer.

Re: The Movie Thread
They are playing the original Terminator (which is prolly my favorite movie) there in december. I can't wait for that one. My mum wanted to go see it in 1984 and couldn't find a babysitter for me, so she took me along at 5 years old.
Been into sci-fi/action ever since.

"Brave" is indeed awesome. Pixar has yet to fail me.
Just got done watching "2012," the mother of all disaster movies. Had a great time watching it.

I didn't think Brave was all that great compared to the likes of Toy Story, Up, Monsters Inc etc.

I do love Forrest Gump, and tend to quote it far more than should be allowed by law. Shouldn't have won the Oscar that year though.
For all of the hope that it brings...

The official trailer of the first movie of 'The Hobbit' is here!
I think it deserves its own thread, but I'll put it here for now
