Is there a way to embed Facebook videos on here?

I asked that 1000 times on the old boards, but I can't remember how to do it and the search doesn't work on the archived forums... Plus, I'm not even sure it still works the same.

I know you had to use the Flash command. Can't remember if you just threw the entire URL in there or just a piece of it.

You can embed Facebook videos using the [flash=][/flash] code, combined with the video URL in the proper format.

• Say you have this URL: http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=490121481219
• Look for the video ID number following "v=". In this case, that number is 490121481219
• Much like YouTube flash embeds, you would place the video ID behind http://www.facebook.com/v/, like so: http://www.facebook.com/v/490121481219
• Determine the width and height you want your video to be, for example 400w x 300h pixels. Place these numbers in the flash= tag, separated by a comma, like this: flash=400,300

You end up with this code:

The above code produces this:

Edit: So the video isn't loading. I don't even know what it's supposed to be; I just found it in a tutorial. But you can see that the embedding part works, so it should be fine as long as you have a valid video.

I found 3 old recordings on my phone of a song I wrote a long time ago. The first two were recorded in June and then I recorded the acoustic one in August. I'm thinking about working on it some more, and recording in higher quality.
Does it sound better on electric or on the acoustic?

The acoustic clip sounded best, but that could be due to the poor quality of the electric recordings. Given the nature of the riff, I imagine it would be best suited to a decent electric recording.
