We can no longer get annoyed about the literally/figuratively thing. They're LITERALLY changing the meaning of "literally" in the Oxford dictionary.
The fact they did it annoys me, does that count as appropriate?

I saw this on an Instagram post and I've been going nuts thinking about it ever since. "Thank you for letting me be apart of your wedding." One space makes a world of difference.

Apart vs. A part
Apart - separated by a distance; at a specified distance from each other in time or space.
A part - a piece or segment of something such as an object, activity, or period of time, which combined with other pieces makes up the whole

He was in the wedding party so he was definitely not there.

Although an Instagram post from a beach while someone has a wedding elsewhere with that message would be pretty funny.

Have you had a read of the Walk the Sky lyric booklet yet? OH FOR A PROOFREADER.

I think I actually did spot an error in the lyrics in the earbook, but thought my eyes deceived me. Proofreaders. DO THEY EXIST ANYMORE?

Well, did you spend $65.00 for your bundle? I did. Bought on the Napalm Records US store. I think it's sold out. Anyway, it comes with the CD, an earbook to hold the CD, and a shirt. Besides, I mainly bought it because the album cover is so nice that it's great to see it on a book-sized shape cover.

They may exist. You know what doesn't exist? Kev Tours: Episode 4. We were promised it a week ago.

Just noticed/remembered that there’s TABN notifications and they led me to this glorious thread. Can we get this published for my students?

Re: weird we celebrate the international women and not the national ones...

Post by zazthespaz »

I can't believe I have to do this, especially today of all days, but:

Woman vs. Women
Woman - n. - singular. One female human
Women - n. - plural. Multiple female humans
Ex: We should get another woman on these boards so we'll have an even number of women at a total of 4!

The amount of times I've seen someone say "a women" lately is ridiculous. They don't say "a men" (unless praying) yet somehow cannot make the connection that saying "a women" is incorrect. Anyway, happy International Women's Day!

One time summer, cam and I were hanging out right after Cauterize came out, and summer asked us to turn it off and put on country music.
