Same here, the vocals are really the star on this album imo, the clean melodys are just amazing can't get enough of them, espescially on Froggin' Bullfish, Have A Blast is amazing too

This is a fantastic album. Just like the first one, the bits that are confusing at first just seem to reward you after repeat listens. I somewhat miss some of the more swaggering single note riffs from the first one like Ow My Feelings and Icarus Lives but damn this is awesome.

I know people dislike Spencer Sotelo but without him I don't think I'd care about this band. He is a unique singer with a kick arse ear for hooky melodies.

Crumbso, I kinda miss the really defining riff of this album as well like Icarus was on their debut, but it's still all amazing regardless

Got the limited edition digipack in the mail yesterday as well, with Far Out and Heretic Anthem (Slipknot cover) bonus tracks, awesome :D

I'm in shock. The last thing I expected was to be SO impressed with this album...
It may be the only progressive metal album I managed to listen and really enjoy from A to Z.

My friend introduced me to these guys last week, and I can't wait to pick up the album. Everything I've heard has been really excellent.

So far this has become my favourite Periphery track, tied with both Racecar and Frak The Gods. That is a truly fantastic solo in the mid section.

Yees Mile Zero is awesome, really like the riffs and melodies from that one, hope we get to hear more of that on future albums :D
The next one called Juggernaut which is a concept albu might even make a may 2013 release by the way :O

AWESOME album by Monuments :D
Definatly less ''poppy'' sound then Periphery but definatly as equally awesome imo, Spencer did some guest vocals on the last track 'Denial' too which are just as insane as on PII so definatly check that track out

That was too awesome. She's got an edge to her voice that's rare in women vocalists.

This band is definately worth checking out, especially if you are a fan of a djenty-proggy-heavy metal genres, but the thing that I really don't like is harsh vocals. This guy really needs to keep in touch with clean part of his voice.

For those who don't know, Juggernaut is the title of the new album and it's gonna be a concept album with most the story written and music written for that afterwards :)

Finally picked up this album, and it's fucking unreal. I haven't heard the first album, so I don't know what the vocalist complaints are about, but he sounds awesome here, clean vox or no. Have a feeling this is going to be one of my faves of the year.
