This band is amazing, it's ridiculous how good they are. My favourite album right now is Infinity Land but Puzzle is really close. They don't have a single bad song.

I can't stop listening to Similarities, and I really want to so I don't wear it out, but I keep getting songs from it stuck in my head.

That's soooo cool. It'd be amazing if they filmed these shows too, but regardless this isn't something just any band would do. I wish I lived in Scotland now!

If Alter Bridge were playing over there around the same time, I would definitely make the trip for it.

got hammered, listened to skylight and the lyrics "I'd rather kiss the ground than kiss a starless sky" struck a chord in me and made me tear up. I need to see this band live.

The shows sold out in just 1 minute, the venue is too small for Biffy! I don't even know if it's possible to buy the ticket from someone who has it because the tickets have the name of the buyer printed on and the ID is needed to enter the venue... In other words: they'll play all the beautiful songs from their first records and I won't be there :(

They even started playing some old tunes during the latest Australian gigs (Joy.Discovery.Invention, Wave Upon Wave and Convex, Concave). I'd kill to hear one of these live.

from an interview:
However, a solo classical project, ZZC, is in the works.

“They’re not things you could play live, they’re full of violins – and a few electronic touches – but it’s all violins and oboes and I’m just going to build them on the computer,” he explains, adding that composing in his main band will likely be influenced by the project. “You won’t hear classical stuff on the next Biffy album, but you might hear some of the actual songwriting happening.”
Sweet :D

I'm so jealous of the people who are going to these shows. That setlist is awesome as it is, I can't imagine what the next two will be like.

Yea, that must've been an amazing closer! I seriously hope they're recording these shows somehow.
