I'm mainly going because it's close and I've never seen Nothing More live. Disturbed and Chevelle are bonuses.

What a band! Flame throwers and lasers, and for supporting Avenged Sevenfold, getting 15 tracks from them is bloody good going, its almost a full set. This means a good appraisal. David isn't the most energetic, but the rest of the band are and they put more on production values, but that makes the show one where you loose your mind!

I will look forward to seeing them again!

Oh wow. The Sound of Silence song was a cover and not an original? Lol, I'm dense. Honestly tho, I never even had heard of the original song before.

5 year bump to just say that they teased the lead single "Hey You" off the new album on their social media today with a July 14th release date. Teaser sounds promising. I Like Dan's guitar style when it comes to riffs and solos as much as Mark's so hopefully this album is a banger with lots of great riffs and solos.

The song is alright. The intro/main riff is the best part IMO. Something about Davids voice in this song doesnt sound as strong as it has in the past. Disappointed there was no guitar solo from Dan. Hope the single isnt indicative of the rest of the album.

I like it. It sounds like any other Disturbed song but they have a good sound. I'm interested. One of my favorite bands as an angry teenager

Disturbed and BB (and to some extent AB) like, never change their signature sound.

Listened to Divisive last night. Overall a pretty solid rock record. It was a nice return to form after their experimentation with 2018s Evolution record. The 10 track length and 38 minutes run time make it to be a short and not so bloated listening experience. Album is filled with their signature sound of Davids mix of melodic and almost rap-like vocal passages and Dans style of riffing and solos. Only one ballad on the record being the song with Ann Wilson and it was alright. I still prefer the hard rock bangers to Disturbeds ballads so I'm glad it wasnt chock full of them like Evolution was. I still can't help but notice the change in Davids voice when listening though. You can definitely tell the effect just naturally aging has had on it.

Where the album sits in their Discography for me..
Indestructible
Ten Thousand Fists
The Lost Children
Asylum
Divisive
Immortalized
Believe
The Sickness

Track Rankings (Fave to Least Fave)
Bad Man
Hey You
Feeding The Fire
Take Back Your Life
Divisive
Unstoppable
Love To Hate
Wont Back Down
Part of Me
Don't Tell Me (feat. Ann Wilson)

I just found out that Disturbed played Don't Tell Me with Lzzy Hale singing Ann Wilson's part in Australia today. I can't wait to see videos of that. I got to witness the live debut of that song with Moriah Formica from Plush, but as much as I love Plush, I'm honestly looking more forward to hearing Lzzy's version.
