Their latest two albums, Fables From a Mayfly: What I Tell You Three Times is True, and Arrows & Anchors, are both fantastic albums. Fables offers a more alternative and melodious side, while A&A is heavier, more progressive, and more experimental. I'd listen to Fables first to get a good taste of their music, their quirky lyrics, and the general feel of the band!

I'm surprised more Alter Bridge fans don't enjoy Fair to Midland. Absolutely fantastic band, and a shame lack of popularity killed their careers. For anyone looking to hear something different and fantastic, behold
