Mark's in C#5 and Myles is just half-step down I believe

The tab has Mark in Open D5 but then flat, and Myles in Drop C#. The guy who did it is one of the best I've seen on there so I'm ok with that. I just dont recall the band themselves saying they used two different tunings.
