I logged in on a new iPad and typed my password in wrong and now I have to do the captcha thing where you drag the songs from one column to another, but I can't drag on the iPad. Any way to go around it?

Can you delete cookies on an iPad? I have no idea whether that's where failed login attempts are tracked, but it's worth a shot.

Yeah I did try that by deleting all website data but that didn't work. Tried blocking all cookies too but still couldn't get in. Gonna try not accessin the site for 24 hours to see if that resets it.

Might be able to figure out if it's something saved in your browser by trying to log into the side on a private browsing session. That's like incognito mode on Chrome where it starts a new session without any previous website data. Try logging in through a private browsing session, and if that works, that will narrow it down to being something stored in your browser memory.

Yeah did that too. I've cleared my cookies two or three times as well and restarted the iPad. Nothing worked so it's gotta be server side.

Are you set to automatically login on your phone and computer? I was wondering if you'd get the captcha thing when you login on your computer. That way you could do the matching thing on it and get around it.

I was reading up on drag and drop actions using touchscreens on mobile devices, and I saw something about this plugin on a phpBB site (which is what we run on here). It's like a JavaScript modification for touchscreens called touch punch. I'll put the link in here and see if it's any help. I think a mod would have to add the plugin to this BB so it works on the captcha screen. I'm not 100% sure how coding works on these bulletin boards, but Alex might be able to help us out with this.

Worst case, I'll just briefly disable the entire drag-and-drop module so that Zaz can log in

That plugin might still be useful in case it ever happens to someone on a mobile device. Pretty nice feature to have.

Indeed. Lots of folks browse using tablets these days, and the drag-and-drop thing is a requirement to sign up for the board. Wouldn't want to frustrate any potential new members.
