Not necessarily. AB can tour during late September to October if it is in the books for sure. Slash/Myles/Conspirators can tour Europe around late-October/early November - whenever they feel like being done in 2014.

Few questions, though. A. Beating a dead horse here, but when will the West Coast dates be announced??? B. Did AB gave up trying to get shows in South America?
