No one listens to rock/metal. innovate or the genre dies.

Alter Bridge is the money maker at this point! What was once a creative and personal escape hatch for 3/4 of the band has become the man source of income for all 4 guys. I don't mean to sound so cynical because what they're doing is totally understandable. But there's no room for real experimentation in Alter Bridge anymore and that's sort of a bummer. Genre walls are breaking down so there's never been a better time to try new things as often as possible!

Im fairly certain Myles makes more money with Slash.

What makes you feel this way?

the weeknd, for example. i am a huge fan. his most recent album almost can't be categorized. it blends so many different styles and genres that it still blows my mind a year later.

on a semi-related note, i am all for more electronic elements in alter bridge - they were great in walk the sky and i appreciated mark's acknowledgment of john carpenter while doing press (whom the weeknd also happens to revere)

And so after a year since the last AB tour, Myles will back out there again. First two shows will be him headlining. Last two shows will be opening for Halestorm.

Sounds like a more 80's sounding Haunted By Design. Love it very much. From the acoustic intro, to the keyboard in the first chorus to the playful outro... I believe this song used to be on his original solo album, or am I wrong?

This song and the title track definitely are more in the range of quality what I expect from Myles. Hopeful for the rest of the album.
