Bought it. Download didn't finish though and I've gotten an error when it opened winrar. I'm wondering if it happened to anyone else or it's just that something happened to my internet during the download?

Anyways, I've contacted Customer Service. Hopefully they can help me out.

For the record, the purchase doesn't seem to come with audio files, even though the description says it does.

FYI we have to post that it is audio and video - Other wise you would just have video and no audio.

We have to hold on to some of the tunes for the larger release i was talking about before.

if the songs aren't there its because the artist didnt want them out

It should be in your Downloads folder unless you saved elsewhere.

Assuming you're using Safari, click the downward-facing arrow in the top-right corner of the screen. It'll show a list of your recent downloads, with the most recent (presumably the Tremonti files) at the top. Click the little magnifying glass to pull up the location where it was saved.

If you don't see it in that list, then you did not download it.
