What do people here think the chances are that Mark's cover of Speak Softly Love will be released for purchase/streaming? I'm aware that it was a limited edition project for charity, but does it not make sense to give these releases maximum exposure after enough time has passed? It's been over a month and I've heard nothing since the announcement.

I asked Michael a few weeks ago and he said there was no plans to release it in any other format.

What a bummer. Thanks for clarifying!

Anyone else notice that his Christmas album is no longer on music platforms for digital pre-order/pre-save? Wonder what happened.
When was the last time we saw Mark shirtless? 2005? He doesn't look like he's aged one bit since then.

Mark made his book available for sale again briefly last week and I ordered one before they sold out. That was last Wednesday and it hasn't shipped yet. Anyone else have this issue?
Edit: NM, it shipped.

Unpopular opinion: Brains should have been the opener of All I Was.
Slightly more popular opinion: All That I Got should have been on the album instead of being a B-side.

Official PRS MT100 release video is out, it's pretty cool.
It looks good. There's obvs an embargo been lifted because all the guitar channels are showing it now. It looks very versatile but also, at the same time.... not
The EQ doesn't seem to do all that much on each channel but each channel sounds great. The price is looking like it'll still be quite reasonable too.

All right, new Mark interview out yesterday. Talks about the Tremonti Sings Sinatra stuff and the Christmas song and that one of these shows will be filmed for a future release. Sadly, the shows in New Jersey and Beverly Hills in January will not have Christmas tunes. I get why, but it still sucks. Talks about the Creed reunion and how fast tickets are selling. Also, talks about the future of Alter Bridge and gives people like me the assurance that they will keep going, they will be in the studio for 2025.
2 hour interview - just about all of it is about singing the Christmas CD and Sinatra stuff. Not much new noteworthy information - but if you ever notice Mark putting his hands on his face during singing, you will now know why.

18k views within one day is not too bad for a 2 hour interview

Providence and Bringer of War could stand to have better choruses. I wish they would rework the song Providence.
Not trying to be negative, just giving my honest opinion. Sorry.

I had two wacky dreams relating to Mark last night. One was that was he did a release of some unreleased demos he's done before AB was formed that included two ODR songs with him on vocals. Another one was where he handed me a box at a random location and inside this box was a tape that contains one solo song that goes 25 minutes, and said it's along the lines of Dream Theater's A Change of Seasons. He wanted to let me know what he thought about it and mail the box back to another location with a note of comments.
Both dreams would have been pretty swell ideas to get excited for if it became reality.

I just listened to Leave It Alone again after over a year, and only for the third time ever. I still stand behind this statement from months ago. Leave It Alone is too slow to be the album opener, and it does not really make the statement right out of the gate that Mark was trying to make with Tremonti being more metal than Alter Bridge. It sounds like an AB III leftover. I think that Brains would have done better in this regard.
