Maybe you guys are right, but if that artwork is the cover of the album, it's ballsy to say the least.
Not showing your face so that people can actually remember who you are when they see the CD takes guts.
Scott Stapp is not a household name anymore. People remember Creed. They remember "the christian douchebag with long hair". But aside from his fans, no ones knows who Scott Stapp is, and you can't count on Wind-up to help the main rock audience remember who he is.

Windup is doing a sad job so far. What the fuck is Stapp upto? If the single is dropping in 10 days, their needs to be some promotion going on already. Anyways, upto him, whatever he wants to do with his career. I just hope the songs are good thats all.

Looking at Stapp's cover, I think I prefer Fortresses cover, but its not about competing. Infact, the Fortress colours kinda look cool as icons in folders. "Scott Stapp" is written in a smaller font than that of Albums, well lot of people who recognise him and are fans might miss out on the album if the promotion is gonna be this cold. Again, at this point I don't care how well its gonna do in numbers given the promotion and ofcourse the goodwill of his name( ), but I only care about his songs. Hope these songs will turn things around for him.
