He definitely has access to their Facebook. I'm just not understanding how he could have access to his phone if he was in a treatment center or in rehab. The freezing of his account makes sense.

If he was in rehab, he probably left. Rehab patients are free to exit treatment by their own volition.

Stapp is unfortunately, in my opinion, probably not going to be here much longer. This is sounding similar to Layne Staley when he was at the end. One of the last interviews Layne gave, he was in this state of mind, of blaming others, and saying that no one had his back anymore. Then weeks later he was found dead. I hope I'm wrong.

I think with any kind of issues, health or otherwise, it's not just enough to force someone into any kind of facility and expect him to change right then and there.

Pretty much, what Stapp needs to do is evaluate life as mentally stable as he can be, realize that there is a lot of things wrong with him, and a lot of problems around him that needs to resolved and make a 100% commitment to change that.

So according to TMZ a rep for the Palm Beach County Sheriif's Office did a "wellness" check at Stapp's home last month, spoke with both Scott and Jaclyn and all was well

Really weird. If that were true then I'm not sure why he wouldn't be at home and why Jacyln filed for divorce.
