Do it, it's worth it. Hang out with Mark, learn some tricks, ask some questions, see and hear the rig on stage. It was a really memorable experience. I'd do it again if my gf wasn't coming to the show with me haha. Debating VIP meet and greet again as she'd probably freeze if she met Myles.

So, how does it work?

I get to the venue by 2pm for the guitar lesson. Go into that, it's an hour long, come out in time for VIP? Don't want it to cut into the VIP thing.
Photobucket cash grab.

They wont cut into each other. They cant do meet and greet/sound check without Mark. The lesson ran over slightly for us at the NYC show but they called us to make sure we werent left out!

Do both if you can. Its a great experience

So I assume this is the legit place to look for the Tremonti guitar clinic before shows?

I'm just confused because the dates for the Seattle and Spokane shows both say October 7th, and the shows are on the 22nd and 23rd.

All the paragraphs say October 7th, so that's just a typo. If you read the bold title up top, it has the correct date.

Yes, the guitar thing is through Fret12 Store.

Sounds like I'm sold, thanks for answering all the questions. Got another though.

After the lessons, I take my guitar to the car? Got plenty of time for that I hope between the lesson and the VIP thing.

Got my ticket and VIP for the Seattle show. My first concert since jail, I'm ready to rock! If my probation officer says I can't go.....I will cry lol

You should. I didn't drive in because there's nowhere to park in Times Square lol. I brought mine in for the meet and greet and had the band sign it. I then gave the girl at coat check $20 (a couple of us did) and she hid our guitars well out of sight for us.

These dates bust my balls so bad....
I'll probably make one of these shows, but I'm damn sure gonna bitch for a closer date next time.

Ive never drove less than 8 hours one way for Creed x2 and Tremonti solo.
I deserve a closer show.

Has anyone been to the Wiltern before? How is the view at the Mezzanine part of the theater?

Just think of the money you'll save on your hotel in Denver!

Heard an ad for the Alter Bridge concert in Lancaster PA on the radio this morning! Clip of Alter Bridge... "The wait is over!!" named all 4 guys and mentioned the new album Fortress and California Breed opening.

Only CA shows are SF and LA.

I'm not sure if they're posted here, but alterbridge.com has the dates for sure. I'd throw them up, but I'm walking out the door.
