Preserve it for what? Don't put the songs on the album singing as high if you can't pull it off live. A lot of AB songs sound like shit live due to the way Myles makes the choice to sing the songs.

With an album on the cusp and a year of touring; he doesn't want to get 20 shows in to a 60 show schedule and have to start cancelling shows due to his voice being blown out.. The way he sings requires him to look after it VERY carefully. Not like Chris from Black Stone Cherry who can sing the way he does any day of the week

I can't listen to the EEE´s.. but thats not the worst, the worst is Mark dropping the clean tone FOREVER live.. that must not be true.

Other than that they sound really good! already speeding up FTR to hyper speed though..

Addicted To Pain wasn't played live until the 19th of August when it was officially released on the 12th so I give this one maybe a week or two before its live debut.

If they're playing it at Soundcheck already, I'm hoping it's a sign they'll play it live soon. I would LOVE to hear that intro live.

My show is the 27th. I really hope they play! Not to take anything away from people on the 26th, but it would be extra cool if they debuted it at my show!

Charlotte, NC just got announced for 10/4! I am SO PUMPED.

I've seen Staind at the Fillmore in Charlotte before. One of my favorite venues. Huge amazing chandelier hanging from the ceiling, and the floor has like 3 "levels" each level being about a foot higher, so you can see very well. Nice place. Cool bar. Can't wait

It's a kickass venue. Not far from metro big city Charlotte either.

Well, then. They will doing more headlining shows in the US. Some of them in areas that they didn't hit during the Fortress tour.
