I think releasing EPs digitally is a good way to keep fans satisfied as they wait for full-length albums (sort of like GN'R Lies in between Appetite and the Illusions), but I like being able to actually hold the album in my hands and look through the booklet and whatnot. If my favourite bands ever went fully digital I would probably burn them MP3s onto CDs and start a collection of those. As much as I like having an iPod, CDs are better in my opinion.

I don't think AB should stop creating full-length albums. I mean the band said it themselves that they love the concepts of listening to an album in its entirety and all of that and, obviously, most of us love that idea as fans as well.

I mean, other than the idea of releasing an acoustic or cover EP, while everyone else is doing other projects, creating a full AB album and listening to a full album is where it is at.

Speaking of EPs....... where is B-Sides EP? Hopefully thet will be able to solve these labels issues and release this badass content.

^ I would love the B-sides EP... But the guys haven't really gotten around that for quite a while.. Maybe those B-sides get to see the light of day on AB's greatest hits album.

Like I said before, I really dont know what to think about.

The way world consume music today is pure digitally... so it makes perfect sense. However, it doesnt feel right.

I guess I prefer the band just continue releasing stuffs, it doesnt matter how.

(of course, I prefer a good old fashion solid album, released each 3 years, with good music that took a long time to make it, and with the much effort it needed to be perfect).

Was watching a random video on youtube and an Alter Bridge ad showed up on the bottom of the screen. Pretty much made my day that Youtube is promoting it and that millions of people could get to at least know that there is a band called Alter Bridge and that they should check out there music.

This is a bit off topic, but with all this EP talk and considering how busy Mark is with AB. Maybe instead of full time Creed records and tours, we get Creed EPs around six songs each and maybe a few b-sides like Do it All Over.

On the Eddie Trunk interview he said that there aren't any plans for anything Creed-related at the moment. He seemed kind of iffy about talking about Creed all together to me though I could be reading too much into it.

I'm still going to remain optimistic until I'm proven otherwise. I think he just meant he is going to be with Alter Bridge the next couple years, so he hasn't planned too far ahead yet. But I do feel he is putting Creed at the absolute bottom of his priorities. I don't think Creed is dead though. As for them only having like three songs done, I honestly felt like they didn't have much time to really focus on creating a new album with all the touring (especially learning songs they haven't played in years again). So for anyone who likes Creed, I wouldn't worry too much, because I think they'll be back in a few years.

Sticking to the topic, does anyone have any idea/prediction to when there will be a stream of the album before the release? Just wondering if anyone heard anything.
