Well, that was a surprise. I knew that was going to happen, but I keep myself thinking that it might have been somewhere else.

Oh well, I'm sure the Florida fans would love that, their guys haven't played there in a really long time. Did they play Florida during the ABIII tour?

I had that thought long before you did, man. I kinda hedged it a bit and maybe, said Spokane but the odds of this show in Orlando was pretty darn high.

Makes sense. The band will be doing rehearsals before the European tour, so it's less travel and loading gear to play the show there. I was hoping for something more central in the country, but if it's Orlando, it's gotta be done. Who's in?

Jim, not sure if you have ever been to Florida. But you need to go. St Pete/Clearwater beach is only like 2 hours away from there. Beautiful.

I'd like to go. But I just plopped down nearly two G's on a beach vacation, and it would be a hard sell to my better half. Guess I'll wait until next year for some midwest dates.

I'm only an eight-hour drive away, but I'm still debating it. I'm thinking about just absorbing the new album content and waiting for a closer venue once their US tour starts.

Yeah bro I've been to Orlando a large amount of times! Clearwater beach is beautiful and i saw a concert at St Pete's in 2011.. Saw Stone Sour, 3 Doors Down, Halestorm, Seether and Skillet on one of the hottest days ive ever experienced!

I really am planning on getting over for a few days for this.. I know the Orlando area well as I've been there so many times, I just need the $800 to get there!

This is very tempting. I only wish the album came out before the show so I could get to know some of the new songs. But I guess they'll still mostly play stuff from their first three releases, plus we'll probably be very familiar with the first Fortress single at that point.
