A few days ago I got an email telling me about it being shipped and how to about the reimbursing of customs fees. I can't see a tracking number though?

Box set has been sat in customs for 2 days now. Considering how quickly I used to get really large, expensive pieces turned over for vessels when it came to customs, this is really frustrating. Give me my fucking letter HMRC!

Do you have to wait or can you go pick it up?

Nah, I need to wait for a letter with payment instructions. Once I've paid they will release it and the delivery agent will get it delivered.

Anyone any idea when the replacement coffee-table-books (those that would take only a few weeks to produce and shipped and probably would arrive before last x-mas) can be expected ? Would love to read all about ABIII too. Will this take this fine company as long as the box-set itself ? Bloody disgrace !

That's customs for you. They must have a lot of exports at the moment I guess.

Changed days from being told something was awaiting customs clearance, giving out an End Use number and it being released the same day.

I got mine, no letter for customs, straight through thankfully.

Looks like mine came via American Airlines from LAX to JFK on flight 114 on a Airbus A321 and flew at 35,000ft. Then it came from JFK to LHR on a American Airlines Boeing 777-300 on Flight 104 and flew at 37,000ft.

Just got to checking the BD/DVD/CDs tonight, the Live at Download one in mine was scratched as hell. Other than that, i have no other quibbles apart from mine being delivered to my neighbour and not me, but thats no biggie.

This and my Fuzz pedal showing up have been the highlight of an otherwise crap week for me as my Mum was taken into hospital and was given the 48 hours to live line. Bloody great holiday i have been having.

Some? Almost everything is reused. I had to search through three DVDs for one particular cut because everything looks so my like each other.

Why Download and Pinkpop (the only ones I have seen) are tuned down on the DVD is a miracle too.

In my case it took 4 weeks between the non formal assurance that the box is shipping and me actually getting it. But it did come directly to my house without me having to pay any additional custom fees.

Hi guys-anyone know if there is an update on the replacement coffee table books?

It all went fucking quiet again... Replacement books were promised & also replacement for damaged cases.
They don't even try to update things on their facebook page anymore. Maybe 2016 will finally bring this thing to a close? I don't even have the enthusiasm to watch anything from the box set any more after looking at my half assed damaged box... Very disappointing outcome.

Yeah I've had mine for about a week now and I've not touched it. Way to take the excitement out of what was one of the most exciting projects I've seen.

I mailed for an update on the replacement coffee table book yesterday.
If and when the answer comes I'll share it over here.
