Is it really so strange? Hardly anything outside one or two singles from those albums has really clicked with the AB audiences that I've been a part of. Yet almost anything from an album like ODR will up the tempo of a show. I've commented on this in the past - a song like Find The Real, you hear people singing along loudly to the *verses* of that song, let alone the chorus.

I think it's a logical choice, just strange in that when I see a band, I typically don't expect them to skip their 2 previous albums entirely. I do get it, but in retrospect, I didn't get to see them after WTS came out, so it would've been nice personally to see a few songs from that. (I did see them a month or two before it came out but they only played the singles) But to that point, a lot of people probably didn't see them live between WTS and PaK, so I'm not sure it's safe to say crowds didn't react well to WTS, they just might not have had the opportunity to.

Just found out that Myles's first Metallica concert was in Spokane in 1988. He was 18 years old. Nice. That seems like a good age to see your idol bands. As you know, I was 19 when I first saw Alter Bridge. Just a couple fun facts.

I Read strong rumors with the idea of Edge making an entrance with his old 'Brood' theme and even Gangrel showing up with him, so that's what makes me think that maybe AB will not be there. I mean I hope I'm 100% wrong and we can get the big surprise

Shame, don’t think there will ever be a better chance with AB playing a show so close to where Wrestlemania is taking place

I am so sad. I'm sure Edge's entrance, visually, came off really well, but selfishly, I really wanted AB to finally to the thing we've been waiting 19 years for. At the end of the day, I'm sure Edge weighed on his options for his entrance for this kind of match, and if he felt this was the best way to get the most juice out of the build-up instead of AB playing him out, so be it.

I doubt that people here don't like her. Probably they were just waiting to see her reaction. She actually interviewed Myles a while ago, so I'm surprised that it took her this long to find what may be one of their greatest performances ever.

Very cool. I still haven't seen any bad reaction to Myles singing live...i pity the sucker who ever does that . And yes!...that show is on another level. I try not to overplay those bluray's, but i can't make a digital back up yet. Live From Amsterdam will always be my 1° though, but for other reasons; The first big/pro live recording, Ian taking the stage, Mark sobbing through In Loving Memory...it's a very special show
