Glasgow October 21st!!!
Re: Glasgow October 21st!!!
Okay I have a question... how do you get into the soundcheck? I've tried and failed many times
Re: Glasgow October 21st!!!
How do you purchase that? I totally would if it was an option but every concert I've ever been to have just been GA prices
Re: Glasgow October 21st!!!
Is it only for arena shows? Do they not do it for house of blues type stuff
Re: Glasgow October 21st!!!
They're not really big enough in the US to be doing the VIP packages. I've been in sound check once through a radio contest.
Re: Glasgow October 21st!!!
Never seen VIP for AB here either. Radio contest winner or knowing someone is pretty much the way.
Photobucket cash grab.
Re: Glasgow October 21st!!!
Any news on this yet? The concert should be nearing the end now. Setlist pretty much the same?

None of the tweets give anything away.
There's this tweet: "I HAVE VOICEMAIL OF ALTER BRIDGE DOING WATERS RISING LIFE IS OK"
But that person might as well be talking about last night.

Played farther than the sun, addicted to pain, waters rising and cry of achilles...everything else the same...encore was slip, isolation and open your eyes!
Re: Glasgow October 21st!!!
First things first. I'm seriously hoping AB's sound people fucked up big time. The hydro had one hell of an echo. Seeing as it's Scotland new premier venue for music concerts, I really hope it isn't because of the acoustics of the building.
It was really bad during Halestorm, slightly better during Shinedown and not noticeable until the encore of AB's set. Probably cause I get so immersed in their gigs.
I thoroughly enjoy myself every time they play. Roll on tomorrow where there will probably be no echo.

I'm like 99% certain it was a piece of paper that had been floating around for the previous 4 hours that attacked him

Guess one has to be lucky foremost.... then, when they play small clubs when talking to the guys when they arrive at the venue you might get lucky and get invited to see the sound check.. though that time has long passed in europe as they play bigger stuff here.. and now they use the vip thing.. like they did with creed last time around in the usa.AB23 wrote:Okay I have a question... how do you get into the soundcheck?
