NOTE: Posted these before I watched, so holy shit, AB23 wasn't laying. That performance of Waters Rising was fucking unbelievable! And Metalingus was great too, Myles was hysterical during the bridge

2 questions, I thought I saw a photo of the set list that included Lover. Did they play that?
Also, Chris, if you were 5 rows back , who was in the first 4 rows? Were those all VIP people?
They didn't play Lover or I wouldve flipped out lol. Ya VIP people were all in the front. There was like 200 of them, it blew me away. I think I managed to push past some of them, but the VIP people all had the rail

AB23, here's your chance to re-live it distraction-free
haha ill always remember the wheelchair guy. I still see him in my nightmares. It was right at the end of the second chorus where he shoved his way past me. I'm still a little bothered by it. Like, I'm a nice guy I swear. I just think he could've done it in a more polite manner and during a better part of the show... not the best song in the best part. He didn't say sorry or excuse me or anything, he just was like "ive been in a wheel chair my whole life and I can't see over everyone from back there." No shit... its a concert we're not all gonna sit down. He also ran over my foot twice.
Edit: and ya guys, I'm telling you Water's Rising was the absolute highlight of the night. It was incredible

How far are you willing to travel and pay for VIP? Regardless, they have to first officially announce a show, near the neck of our woods, before you can do VIP.
I'm not gonna lie, if school and sports wasn't hindering me right now, you bet your sweet momma's ass id be in houston right now seein them again. It just filled a part of me that was missing, seein them so happy on stage together and joking around with eachother and nailing everything. id do freakin anything to go back 24 hours.
My friend told me today "Alter bridge became my favorite band last night. thanks for taking me bro." Life complete
I told him but I doubt it lol. He's a good dude. Before the concert we were sitting at the HOB restaurant outside the concert hall havin a beer and I was just like I'm so excited, and his response was "me too. like I dont know why I like them so much but I do. The sound I guess, i dont know." He was a diehard 3dg fan, but now he hates them cuz he thinks the new music is garbage. So I started thinking to myself "why do i like them so much?" Maybe its simply cuz I connect with the music, or maybe its myles voice. IDK, sorta a very simple question, but interesting cuz everyone's answers would be different.
Its weird how where I was, everyone had their hands up and they all were into CTF, but on the video it looks like the crowd was dead. I thought the crowd was great, but watching that video it looks awful. It wasnt where I was at least, but that's maybe cuz i forced my way into a section of the diehard VIPs
I was at this show as well. I was wearing a white beanie so some of you may have seen me. Anyway, the new guitar Myles was playing was a S2 Custom 24. I had one complaint, which was that BTC and BNS need to get the fuck out of these shows. Literally any other song from their catalog would be a breath of fresh air. Other than that it was really badass. Oh, and Mark's lead tone could fucking cut glass. It doesn't sound like it in these videos, but it's truly ear piercing live.
Shhiitt, I was gonna get a t-shirt, but $45?! Are you fucking kidding me?
By the way AB23, do they sell any merchandise other than t-shirts and hoodies? Hoping they sell physical copies of the CD's? Trying to get my hands on a new ODR album
