Clean =/= Micky. I think he sounds amazing. He looks really healthy and happy as well. Usually he starts tours pretty weak as well, so I'm super excited about all of this.
Hearing Slash play songs like November Rain, Estranged and Don't Cry again

He fell on stage during Troubadour show and broke something in his foot. It's not that serious, he is going to walk again normal in 3 weeksViolent Corpse wrote:What happened to his foot?
Coma is a beast of a song, it was Slash's baby apparently during the Illusions period.AB4Lyfe wrote:I had never heard Coma before now...damn...

Estranged and November Rain as well. They're a bit more known, but both those songs showed that GNR were so much more than just another 80's glam rock/hair metal band back when the Illusion albums were released.Violent Corpse wrote:Coma, Locomotive and Double Talkin' Jive. Don't Damn Me, Shotgun Blues, The Garden, Garden of Eden, Dead Horse.Timotheus wrote:Yea, I wouldn't call them meh songs. Just less spectacular than the rest. If you take Civil War, November Rain, Estranged, Coma, Locomotive, Breakdown, Don't Cry, Double Talkin' Jive, You Could Be Mine, Yesterdays, So Fine and Get In The Ring you already have over 70 minutes of mind blowing music.
I really like some of the other songs as well, but I don't think they get close to the rest of the albums or anything on Appetite. I might be forgetting a few now though.
Don't Damn Me has one of the most amazing riffs ever imo. That song in general kicks ass.Violent Corpse wrote: Don't Damn Me, Shotgun Blues
