Re: The Official SCOTT STAPP Thread
Here's a new one:
They mostly discuss about chickens and Nashville.
At the end, he says he's got an upcoming surprise coming soon, and it features Sammy Boller on guitar (the blonde dude who played radio shows with him last year when Yannis wasn't available).
He also says his next album will be released in 2021... or 2022.

yeah, maybe he'll release a single or ep before the next tour or something. I'm thinking an acoustic track

Here's an extended version of this very good interview.chtimixeur wrote:
On this 360 degrees interview, Stapp reflects about Creed's success, the importance of family when success hits, and taking it all for granted.
He also says he talked to the Creed guys on Facetime at a charity golf tournament.

Re: The Official SCOTT STAPP Thread
Love it!!! He should make an acoustic version of this album
Re: The Official SCOTT STAPP Thread
Man...we need an acoustic DVD(maybe with a choir and also piano). haha
That was great, loved the mixing, the instruments were really nice(specially guitars).

This was a great performance. The band sounded great and Scott sounded spot on and phenomenal. According to me, Stapp has gained all of his vocal strength here. More acoustic shows would be awesome. I hope AB also does one or even Creed.

Great performance indeed.
This is a really good line-up, and I especially liked the solo during the first song.
Anyone who criticizes this band (which is what Stapp haters usually do) probably hasn't actually listened to them...
Hopefully, that blonde dude will record on the next album, and give more soul to the songs.

Wow, I‘m stoked about how good he sings there!
Re: The Official SCOTT STAPP Thread
Yea this was really good, but why wasn't Yiannis there?
Re: The Official SCOTT STAPP Thread
Man. I remember the bad few years when he lost his voice but honestly it seems like Scott Stapp may have regained his position as “one of the best rock and roll live singers in current music”
Sounds damn good Stapp does.

Re: The Official SCOTT STAPP Thread
I had no idea Ben Flanders was such a soulful guitar player:
I never thought much of him, but it turns out he's actually quite gifted as a lead guitar player.
From a pure technical stand point, Ben, Yannis and Sammy Boller all are much more accomplished players than Mark will ever be, but it's a shame neither of them has gotten a chance to prove himself as a songwriter on Stapp's albums. Who knows what they could bring to the party with so much raw talent?
