Re: Marching In Time
His vocals sound so good in that video. Love the Erock harmonies! Also.. how about that intro!

Re: Marching In Time
That intro definitely should have made it onto the album, IMO! Missed opportunity to elevate the song a bit but I guess that just adds extra incentive to listen to the live performance

Intro riff reminds me of the new DOOM games, it's fantastic.

Don't worry, the party goes on
Re: Marching In Time
Im starting to feel this album might be the first thing Mark has done that I didnt care for. None of these songs are clicking for me. I dont think hes going to top A Dying Machine (the album) outside of AB.

whoooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaa.
okay, napalm needs to do an awards push for this album. based on the first three tracks, it should absolutely be up for best metal performance at the grammys.
if not for you is my least favorite of the three and i don't even dislike it. it's all right. the other two are next level.

Re: Marching In Time
damn, i'm disappointed that the studio version doesn't have the intro from the live version
Re: Marching In Time
i'm totally bowled over by how amazing the opener and closer on this record are. and what we've heard of "let that be us" sounds insanely great, too.
it's a well worn cliche for artists to talk about their most recent work as their best, but in this case it might be true.

I love all of the songs so far! …Just Incredible! I’ve listened to the songs over and over and they never get old. I think it’s an incredible album and I am so excited to see them play live for the first time in Louisville! Going to be such a fun week for me!

Re: Marching In Time
to me, this is the first time where it feels like he's not trying to sound like anyone but himself. not that any past records (creed, ab, tremonti) were disingenuous, he just seems creatively completely free and in tune here.
Re: Marching In Time
Are you going to louder than life? Just booked hotel today. Hope Tremonti gets atleast 6 songs. Huge reason I’m going. Can’t wait.MaraCarr wrote: ↑Wed Sep 01, 2021 1:31 am I love all of the songs so far! …Just Incredible! I’ve listened to the songs over and over and they never get old. Edit get there early. Being on the rail in front of a hundred thousand people is pretty fun. Did this two years ago at LTL and got Staind drum stick and Mike Mushok pics. Show up early. Hold your pee.
Long live the Tremonti Project, the greatest band in the world.
See you on the 26th. So stoked. Haven’t gotten to see Tremonti in a few years now pandemic and lack of touring within 6-7hrs one way.
