All the members of AB and Creed have tattoos except for Tremonti.

Forgive me if this topic has been discussed already, but does anyone else the general marketing and timing for the multiple alter bridge related topics confusing and possibly uncoordinated? By way of context, I barely listen to alter bridge anymore but I keep up with them and a lot of interviews have appeared on YouTube and I follow most of bands on social media. I see alter bridge is celebrating the 20th anniversary of ODR, however, otherwise alter bridge is nowhere to be seen. Creed is celebrating a very successful reunion tour, the 25th anniversary of human clay, whilst releasing a video using live footage but the studio audio from a song 25 years old. It seems every single interview I've watched asks when creed will be releasing new music but, at the same time, mark tremonti is promoting a new album (whilst Myles is also promoting his) and mark is talking about writing a new alter bridge album next year!

It seems that the most recent creed reunion has led to the guys spinning a few too many plates and, from casual fan's perspective, it all must seem a bit weird as they seem to be promoting every single project at oncr. Perhaps it's time for the guys to decide which project to actually focus on, at the moment it seems like they're half-arsing everything. You'd think they'd want to focus on what is currently most successful but perhaps not!

I think it's pretty clear, when it comes to the longer-term planning, on what they want to promote. Creed is doing their big tour in the now and for the rest of the year for the most part. Other than a cruise next year, things are a bit up in the air. Will they tour Europe or anywhere else in the world? Are they going to write and release a new album? Who knows? It's not as clear as there will be an AB VIII around the usual time.

Not every AB fan is going to be all-in on this Creed reunion, so for guys like me, I'm pleased when the little things under AB happens when they are having their year off. It's better than the usual nothing where people act like AB doesn't exist. For AB, what's clear is that they released a demo of Broken Wings to celebrate the 20th anniversary of ODR and Mark has gone on the record in many interviews, there will be a new AB album and they are in the stages of planning stuff out. Mark and Myles is trading ideas here and there and planning on writing with Flip and Brian when in between touring.

Maybe, the focus is clear and it's probably something that some people are not as pleased with. I'm pleased with it though. I'm happy where things are going and it's going to lead to AB VIII and hopefully another good album cycle.

Tremonti has said in interviews that they are already writing for AB and if I'm remembering correctly they plan to write/record in march

I have no idea why I did not listen to Ties That Bind for almost a year and a half, but I am listening to it right now, and it is more amazing than ever.

Does 'Save Me' include Mark on the harmony vocals in the chorus or is it just doubled Myles? Mark was doing quite a lot of backing vocals around that time but I can't quite tell if it's him.

I'm 90% sure that's Mark.

I wonder what Mark almost spilt the beans about at around 14:55? A Creed festival run in Europe? Or is it just AB or Tremonti?

Has to be Creed. He brings it up straight after talking about festivals in Europe that have a big mixture of genres. I know he didn't mention the UK specifically... but Glastonbury comes to mind.
